ProPickBid Terms of Service

1. Marketplace Model

ProPickBid is an independent quotation and introduction marketplace. We connect homeowners with verified local service providers. ProPickBid does not provide direct home improvement services, nor do we set job pricing. All contractual agreements, warranties, and payments take place directly between the customer and the chosen contractor.

2. Request Posting & Quoting

Posting requests is free for customers. There is no limit on how many verified service providers may quote on a request. Service providers pay non-refundable credit fees to submit quotes, unless eligible for auto-refunds (such as customer non-opening within 48 hours or cancellation prior to viewing).

3. Zero Customer Commission

ProPickBid charges 0% commission to customers. We do not intermediate payment transactions between customer and contractor.

4. Quote Honesty Score

By using the platform, customers agree to submit their actual final bill amount following job completion. This enables accurate computation of the contractor's public Quote Honesty Score.
