Compliant with India Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023

1. Data Minimisation & Contact Masking

Before a customer selects and hires a contractor, their phone number, exact flat/house address, and email are strictly concealed. Contractors see only the broad locality (e.g. HSR Layout Sector 2) and approximate distance.

2. AI Privacy & Processing

Our AI features process request descriptions and media strictly to advise on scope and quote differences. EXIF metadata and GPS coordinates are stripped before processing. We do not use your personal information to train third-party models. You may request deletion of your AI history at any time from your Account settings.

3. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Under India's DPDP Act, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your account data. You can delete your profile directly from the Account tab.
